We know how much heart goes into choosing the perfect gift, and we want it to be absolutely seamless. If you noticed a typo in your personalized message or realized you’d prefer a different color, we are here to help you get it just right!

The 2-hour grace period.

Because our boutique items move quickly into preparation, you can make changes to you order for up to two (2) hours after placing it, complete free of charge.

Feel free to use this form to:

  • Fix a spelling mistake or adjustment in a personalized message.

  • Swap an "as-is item for a different piece of equal value.

Need to change more than one item in your order? Go ahead and submit your order—We always do our absolute best to accommodate you whenever possible!

  • Want to add more gifts? To keep things simple and affordable, please place a separate order for any new items.

  • Already received your delivery? If you gift has already arrived on your doorstep, head over to our

       Customer Care Return & Exchange page so we can take care of you there.
