Fulfilled Orders that are dropped off for shipment by our mail carrier, ships within 2-5 business days. These time frames are for items shipped and delivered in the U.S. and its contiguous 48 states by Standard Shipping. Shipping and deliveries also available for other regions. See "Standard Shipping" below for details.
We will make every effort to process and get your order to our mail carrier promptly. However, due to weekends, holidays, and custom specifications and backordered items, orders may arrive to you later than five (5) business days. Please note in some cases, you may receive more than one shipment. If so, you will be informed. We will also inform you of any delay in shipping that exceeds two (2) weeks. Back-ordered items will ship promptly using a standard shipping method at no additional charge.
Heart Touch Gifts does not refund postal/carrier shipping charges. If you return any item(s), without our pre-paid label, you are responsible for postal/carrier shipping charges. You are encouraged to ship your return via a trackable source, as Heart Touch Gifts cannot be responsible for merchandise lost in transit. Our preferred mail carriers are USPS, UPS, and FedEx SmartPost. We advise you to use USPS or FedEx SmartPost to send a package to us. Other carriers, such as UPS and DHL, do not deliver to our address: P.O. Box 753, Bayonne, NJ 07002-0753.
Standard Shipping
Standard delivery within the continental U.S. usually takes up to 3-5 days after leaving us. Deliveries to Alaska & Hawaii may take longer. We are happy to offer a low cost, flat rate of $7.95 (price includes shipping & handling charge) in the contiguous 48 U.S. states. Deliveries are also made outside the contiguous 48 states, include AK, HI, GU,MP, PW, FM, MH, AS, PR, VI. Deliveries to these areas may take longer. The low cost, flat rate for delivery to these areas is $9.95 (price includes shipping & handling charge). Sorry, we are not able to ship to P.O. Boxes, rural, and APO, & FPO addresses, and countries outside the U.S. For more information on shipping, please see chart below.
An Extra Note About Order Processing
All orders must be placed by 12PM EST to be considered for that business day. Please note that orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be handled as Monday orders. Orders placed on Holiday Mondays will be handled as Tuesday Orders. If items need to be shipped in separate parcels on separate days, you will only be charged once per address.
Express Delivery
We do not offer express delivery at this time.
Rush Orders
We do not offer rush orders at this time.
Delayed Shipment Date
We do not offer delayed shipments at this time.
Shipment of Exclusive Personalized and Customized Items
As soon as we complete the order processing, production and handling of merchandise (up to 10 days), your order is shipped to you by one of the following methods: USPS or UPS. In special circumstances, we will use FedEx SmartPost.
Back Orders
If you placed an order that contains a backordered item that is expected to take longer than two (2) weeks to ship, you will be notified promptly. You may cancel the backordered item at any time before it is shipped and receive a refund. Simply, send an email to orders.hearttouchgifts@aol.com and include your order number.
Missing Item(s)
If there is an item missing in your order (not including backordered item) any claim to that effect MUST be made within 7 days of receiving the package and all packing materials MUST be saved in case you have to initiate a claim against the shipping provider.
It is the policy of Heart Touch Gifts to wait at least 30 days before we file a tracer with the shipping provider for lost packages.
Packaging Our Artwork
All artwork is packaged in cardboard, including corner protectors. We also use bubble wrap for maximum protection. When packaging giclee prints, we use acid free packaging material, and prefer flat packaging to avoid curling or creasing.
Incorrect Addresses
It is the customer's responsibility to make sure that the "ship to address" is entered correctly. If any part of the shipping information is entered incorrectly (i.e. the zip code), Heart Touch Gifts will not be responsible for your package being delivered to the wrong address. No refund will be issued in this case. Please double check your entry before placing your order. Make sure you have provided building #, street name, and zip code. If you need to correct your address, please contact us immediately via email to orders.hearttouchgifts@aol.com.
Shipping To Address(es)
When using a Ship To Address instead of the Billing Address, there is no additional charge. Only one Ship To Address, other than the Billing Address, is accepted for your order.
